False PHD is a passive Devil Room item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance expansion. It serves as the dark, risk-reward alternative to the standard PHD item, modifying the entire pill pool to favor stat-reduction while granting massive offensive and defensive trade-offs. Core Effects
